im pretty sure @sno pnda and i can meet up guys up. looks like its gonna be a decent turn out.

 

For anyone heading out from the Peninsula or SF, @kingk0ng and myself were talking about meeting up at the San Carlos REi @ 9am. Its the perfect location for last minute items and the freeway entrance being right next to it.

 

Added you to the list.

 

Who knows, maybe we'll grab a bite to eat before heading out.

 

when you guys are heading to buzzards you heading through rider? or start north then work your way down? I went through rider did lagoon and after i finished it instead of going back through eureka I went through Ormsby Cutoff the from their made a right to sumit back to mt maddona. I'll post some pics it was nice!

Not yet. For now, looks like @LG Taco is gonna decide where to meet in Los Gatos.

 

There is a test almost every weekend at the Saratoga Fire station, is a easy test. If you all have similar radios and can watch a youtube video, you can use FRS and it is just as amazing.

Here you go. Make a left on rider rd and it takes you buzzard. Here's a couple of pictures of when i went. I did the whole circuit i mentioned above so i took couple pictures of each. Im going to go again possibly the last friday of oct. if anyone wants to tag along.

@ktran7692 I think the easiest spot to meet for everyone is a Park & Ride lot just off of Hwy 17. Is 10:30am confirmed mtg time?

Take 17 North towards Santa Cruz
Take Hwy 9 exit (Los Gatos- Saratoga Road) heading towards Saratoga
Go through the 1st traffic light (University Avenue)
Park & Ride entrance on the right after the traffic light
Note: if you go through the 2nd traffic light (North Santa Cruz Ave) you went past the Park & Ride driveway/entrance

Not sure but it is really just a long, narrow parking lot right befor the bank which is on th corner of Hwy 9 and North Santa Cruz Ave

 

Sounds like a good spot to me. Looks like there's a Starbucks and Safeway in the area, so everyone can grab snacks if they need to before we roll out. Let's aim to confirm all participants next Wednesday.
