    Of all the times that "I" have done the trail, I've never paid attention to how long? My best guess is about an 1hr without stopping and taking pictures??? :notsure: Could be a bit less??? :notsure:

    I'll let someone else chime in on that.

    Btw, I'm not one to "floorboard the skinny pedal". I don't go super slow, but I just keep it at a decent steady pace. Pushing the gas pedal beyond the floorboard is, most definitely, NOT my style.

    Regarding a spare, I would ALWAYS recommend a spare, regardless?! :notsure::confused: Did your rig not come with a spare??? :confused::confused::confused:

    Damn, Jawbone Canyon looks pretty interesting. That's a place I've never been to!!!

    Is it 2wd capable? It looks like you CAN? :confused: I have 4wd, but just asking so that maybe someday, a mixture of 2wd and 4wd rigs can go out and have some fun out there. The video at 8:35 looks sketchy!!! :eek::goingcrazy: LOL!!! :laughing::laugh::rofl:

    The place is huge so there is 4x2 and 4x4.. Its right next to and may even be a part of red Rock canyon. I've never driven any of the trails but I've been going camping and dirt bike riding there for years.

    This is the trail I plan on hitting. It leads to a old mine shaft over 2000 feel long that you can walk through

    @beachbum5812 So, if I bring my Hi-Lift, would you be able to secure it to your bed?

    @LOLLY I have the:
    * 60" Hi-Lift Jack (but no way to secure it and I don't mind bringing it if someone doesn't mind strapping it down to their bed? (beachbum5812)
    * Hi-Lift Jack Base Plate
    * Hi-Lift Jack Off-Road Kit (NOTE: I just don't have the recommended 25-30ft chain for the ORK yet). Going to be a while before I can start buying stuff again.
    * Lift Mate
    * Bumper Lift
    * tow strap (NOTE: Home Depot, but, as far as I'm concerned, better than nothing for now until I can get something better). LOL, back in Iowa, my cousin and I towed a car with a strap that looked like it was chewed by BIGA$$ RATS?! Pretty sure my tow strap will work well within reason for the time being!!! :thumbsup:
    * misc shovel, small axe, plug/patch kit, etc

    But yeah, LOL, bringing this much recovery gear for this trail is like swatting a gnat with a NUKE!!! :eek::goingcrazy::facepalm: LMAO!!! :laughing::laugh::rofl::rofl::rofl:

    Agreed. There are SOME spots that have loose dirt/gravel that can be a bit fun/challenging, but I have YET to see anyone get stuck?! So yeah, I agree. :thumbsup::fistbump::cheers:

    Btw, were you anywhere near Hurricane Katia???

    That trail looks pretty fun. :mudding: Be pretty cool to do that some day!!!

    I just recently stumbled across this video that I have posted in some other threads, but why not here just in case nobody saw it yet. This is something I would like to do as well, BUT, someone else could go in first!!! Maybe 50x more rigs ahead of me would be okay with me!!! :thumbsup::D:p LMAO!!! :laugh::rofl::rofl::rofl:
