This is why I love the West Coast so much. Specifically California. The East Coast is so uptight and judgemental. The guy drives down from the Northeast to Florida to show off his truck and participate in a event and you guys just make fun of him , real cool . no open mind at all . A mature person says "hey it's not for me but whatever" You sound like a bunch of selfish little babies who won't except anything other than what you like. Please stay on east coast. In California we welcome everybody and their ideas you could see a monster truck and a lowered truck at same show and everybody's wearing different hats and different hair and nobody cares we all just party and have fun. Oh and before you say it , don't worry I'm not coming there. Very happy on the West Coast and you could stay very happy on the East Coast

It's the same way on the East Coast too, just as long as no one is being a douche. If a grown ass man can't handle people not liking his rig he probably needs to go find a safe space. No need for a Biggie-Tupac coast war, dude. No one made fun of him or said anything negative about him at the time, it just no one got a hard-on over his useless truck so he went to FB afterward bashing everyone in the Florida group because "we are all rednecks" and "don't know a badass truck when we see one" and then his girlfriend gets involved to defend his honor because he can't handle it when people call him out on his infantile ranting which ultimately has gotten him banned from a lot of groups on social media.

This is why I love the East Coast so much. Specifically Florida. The West Coast is so hippy and butt hurt over everyone's feelings. Some guy drives down from the Northeast to Florida to show off his manbun, knit cap, and moccasins and he can't take a ribbing. Sad. Maybe he should loosen up and move to the West Coast where he can participate in kumbaya circles and get lots of hugs to make sure his feelings aren't hurt. On the East Coast, you better be ready to take it if you give it. And if you can, you'll find the tightest bunch of guys/girls anywhere that will help each other out beyond anything you've ever seen. Oh, and before you say it, don't worry about coming here. You'd probably cry the first time someone makes fun of your soy milk, sugar-free, no foam, extra tears "coffee" or someone laughs at your carb-approved fart can. We are very happy on the East Coast so do us a favor and keep your man buns and mocassins on the West Coast. 'ppreciate it.

That's some First Coast realism right there.

Not sure why East v West coast got brought into this, but @Hiluxski doesn't speak for all of us. That thing is beyond ugly, and the owner should feel bad.

Also, Californians not judgmental? Maybe if you live in Humboldt or Mendocino. I used to spend my summers going to the beach and making fun of tourists (and surfing, we all surf)

f*cking crocs and rolled up blue jeans

Same thing goes for the east coast man. We have our fair share of snowflakes and easily offended sensitives over here too. I obviously touched a nerve with @Hiluxski by referring to the owner of the SAS'd atrocity and remarking about his princess-like sensitivity. However, because I know the guy with the useless rig and have first hand knowledge of his doucheness, I can refer to him as such. We in the southeast are a generally easy going bunch and we get along with everyone as long they don't act like bitches.

Oh and "First Coast" is the nickname for the northeast Florida area. No East VS West smartassery intended.

You got that SAS done yet? I was reading through your build page the other day and haven't finished it yet. I'm going to be doing mine once it's paid off in 16 months, just waiting for someone to figure out the electronics on the 3rd gen axles.

Yeah the conversion is done. The truck itself will never really be done, but it's been driving. Still gotta balance the tires and fine tune the steering. Also need to mount the air bumps and fender flares.
Unless someone makes an axle with tone rings in the hubs, the ABS and traction control stuff is never gonna work. But anything can be done if you want to throw enough money at it.

    Thanks bud
Hopefully an axle company will follow through and make something compatible with ABS. I left all sensor wires intact just in case. But I'll probably be ordering a diamond axle for the rear once the front end is totally done, so I won't have any sensors at all. Gonna have to get the speedo signal off of the T case.

Lol, a Floridian telling a Californian that they live in a crappy state. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black.
