i've ridden in both types and i'd go with LT. SAS is some badass stuff, but i don't have the patience to go crawling. my buddies ranger LT does everything i like to do. mudding, trail riding, and jumps.its the persons style of offroading that is important.

P.S. theres acouple guys that go to the car meet i go to with SAS and they are a textbook "BRO".

Go for it, I'd like to see that!

Shannon Campbell does have an IFS rig.

We are going to run a full bodied FJ Cruiser in KOH, not even in the stock classes (but it is SAS'ed on 42s).

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
Both are great for the type of environment they are built for. LT will out preform a SFA at high speeds and a SFA will out preform LT in extreme rocks. I'm personally going SAS with me truck because of the trails i like to do are technical and rocky and LT would not preform as well.

There are kits for the 1st Gens but Ive yet to see a SAS kit for a 2nd Gen Tacoma. I'm going with the TG SFA kit it's just about the most complete kit out but there is a few things that need to be bought before it's complete.

And a side note linked SFA are Longer Travel :p

We have a kit for the 2nd gen Tacomas and FJ Cruisers, we just don't advertise it since there is a lot involved. We've installed 4 kits personally, and have sold about a half dozen others. We are also in the process of updating our 95-04 Tacoma SAS kit as well, with a new build starting soon.
