So I have searched through this forum, and I have found half of what I need to answer my questions. I have googled and I think I am on the right track. So lets start with what I am wanting to do.

I saw the other day there was another member was selling the XM unit for the factory radio. I found another unit, I found the spider cable, and I found the antenna. All for about $180.

Here is where I am really wondering if it will work. I have the non entune, stock HU that does not have the Apps button. The only options I have on my radio is AM, FM, Bluetooth, and Aux in. No Sat option. I am guessing that once I connect the XM module, the Sat option will magically show up? Please help clarify this. I have included links to the products I have found.

    XM Module - http://www.ebay.com/itm/172166821399?ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&fromMakeTrack=true

    Antenna - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0009J6PYW/ref=ask_ql_qh_dp_hza

I am wanting sat radio in my truck, but do not like the look of external units. I would like to be able to use this touchscreen, and I am not interested in aftermarket.

So I decided to test this out since no one was able to tell me if this will work or not. Well, it did not work. There is no place to connect the sat module to the radio. I guess the only way you can get satellite radio i the Tacoma is with either the Entune Plus with the apps Suite, or an External Sat Radio device. It does not work with a stock non Entune Head Unit.
