    Hey Guys..

I was flipping through my satellite radio yesterday and opened the channel list. Much to my surprise I only had 2 options - "All Channels" & "Entertainment". I know that this should be filled with the various genres to choose from. Opening either of the options only showed the preview channel and no other channels were listed.

I called SiriusXM and they ran diagnostics and said that everything was fine on their side and to have the dealership check the sat module as these should be populated. Since I had the truck in for 10k service, I had them check it out. They ran full diagnostics, checked the receiver, checked the sat module, ran a system update, and were unable to get the list to populate.

I had them check 2 other 16 Tacoma's with the upgraded/larger size display and they did not populate this information either.

I called Toyota customer service and filed a report with them about this. If you guys can check the Channel List and see if you have the channels populate that would be nice to know. Also, if you don't, can you call Toyota Customer Service and file a trouble with them as well so they can see this is a larger issue and get it resolved.

Not sure. However I know this information displayed in my last vehicle and have been told by XM it should be displaying now.

This has been verified on 2 other vehicles with various subscription levels.

Just need to get the word out to check and notify Toyota if it doesn't display as it looks like it might be a bigger issue.

When I had the free Sirius/XM all the channels would show only when stopped, when driving then many would not be shown. But I no longer have it, let the subscription expire. Crappy audio I don't pay for:)
