satisfaction survey - canada - how long to get?

I got an sr5 2 months ago, and so far no survey I was told I would be receiving.
So, I'm mildly curious how long it took everyone else to get theirs - and depending on whether or not this is anomalous, I might have an interesting back story.

 

It's random, not every purchase gets it. I've never got a survey from any vehicle I've bought.

 

I received a survey about 3 weeks after purchasing.

 

Apparently, very few buyers receive a Toyo survey. 'Not too sure they care so much about customer satisfaction.

 

I actually got a survey from Toyota and also 1 from my dealership. Both wanting to know if any improvements could be done.

 

There are a couple of reasons I was curious - one of them is my dealer manager is a slime ball and tried every stereotypical tactic - so my sales rep knew I wasn't happy - as I was about to drive away, he pulled me aside and said I would receive a satisfaction survey from Toyota - and that if I gave less than 9/10 on the "would you recommend this dealer to family and friends" Toyota would consider it a fail - and here's where it gets interesting - he didnt come right out and say it (i don't remember the exact words) but basically he had a financial stake in that answer

Sorry to hear about your purchasing experience. My personal experience was slightly different as I preordered from late 2023 so I never really dealt with the manager. I just didn't like how the salesmen kept switching the dates. When I called him to give him a heads up that I was going on vacation for 3 weeks, he suddenly wanted me to pick up the truck 2 days later, which I declined and said I would pick it up when I returned. When I returned, he rushed me through the process as he booked another client at the same time so he kept disappearing for long stretches. To be fair, after I completed the survey, he texted me to apologize about the poor sales experience.

They don't get paid unless they get a perfect score. I don't do surveys.

 

My mom gave our dealer 75% man was everyone mad at me.

I told her either give them to me, or ignore them.

I believe 0% and 100% are both lies and need to be ignored.
