Satisfaction Survey

I have created a simple satisfaction survey for you guys to complete. It is 7 multiple choice questions, so it won't take much time. Fill it out so we can get some hard data on what people really think. Feel free to share the survey wherever you like. The larger the sample size the better.

Please don't turn this into a thread to rep your Toyota "fanboi" or "hater" status. Just looking for data. I'll post results here in a week... assuming this doesn't get locked before then.

That's actually a really good idea.

 

Sorry to be a do-gooder, but I suggest that you remove the cuss words from your survey. I was all ready to fill out your survey, but when I saw the cussing in it (survey) --the validity of the document went out the window. Not all will agree, but this is how I perceive the survey.

 

Probably a good idea. Just trying to cut the tension.

That's actually not what I think. I have had two and have loved them both. I had a white TRD OR and currently have an inferno SR5. Both have been great with zero issues.

I recognize, however, that many have had problems that I haven't and wanted to see what people had to say. That information exists on TW in many qualitative ways but none objectively quantitative. My goal was to give a simple numbers representation of what people think.

As far as your thoughts on bias go: of course its biased. No study is truly unbiased (or at least no study conducted by a single entity). That being said, I clearly accomplished my goal of not displaying my own bias in the questions given your assumption that I hate the 3rd gen. I will add, by the way, that the results do not show a lean toward my perceived bias as you may expect from leading questions (at least so far). Besides, it's not as if I intend to publish this data in a journal or any academic media. I only wish to give a visual for myself and any other 3rd gen owner to see what is really going on with the community.

I hope you took the survey and if not, please do and share it on other social media sites. As stated the large sample size, the better it will represent the Tacoma owner community in general.
