Thank you for the links. I ran across those as well after my initial post and some deeper digging. I was just being lazy .

I started on my chrome grille yesterday. I got most of the cutting done. I just need to trim down some of the cuts closer to the grille frame. Then the process of filling the gaps, sanding, finishing and some paint. The Grillcraft is also here now. I'm hoping to have the grille wrapped up this weekend.

    GOOD LUCK..

I don't approve of the CHROME. It actually takes away from the SATOSHI aspect of it. However, its your taste and its going to look good.

If the chrome goes well, I still have the unpainted black grille that I might Satoshi and get painted too. I've got the black grille on the truck now until I finish the grille. I've got a love/hate relationship with the black grille. There are times that I look at it and think it looks sharp and matches the wheels. But then there's times that I look at it and it reminds me of an F150 STX and I want to vomit.

NICE! Now move those horns, it cleans up the look. Are you going to do the bottom one too?

It turned out nice. I'm going ahead with a chrome one as well. Thanks for the pics!

Thanks! I plan on relocating the horns when I get some lights to go behind the grille. I still haven't decided yet. I would like to, but I haven't decided 100% on which direction I'm going to go with my bumper.

There are a few small blemishes on the grille where I didn't get it perfectly smooth, but you can't tell unless you get within a few inches of it. It was a LOOOONG project though. Anyone tackling this project: be prepared.
