    Do flat black. It hides more imperfections than the gloss does. It also looks better IMO, the gloss reflected the sun and looked weird. I did mine in gloss black and after one day I took it off and repainted it flat.

    FLAT black! the gloss is gonna bring out any imperfections and IMO it looks better unless you literally do the project PERFECTLY!

    Get a good Primer and just a flat balck spray can. I'd go with Krylon brand. always works for me

    What about a semi-flat? Or straight flat?

    satin would look good. anything duller then semi gloss would look good i think

    you dont HAVE to but its always nice to have a little extra protection....I believe they make a flat clear as well cuz i kno i have a semi gloss clear.
