UPDATE:
Damn neighbors called the cops on me for painting. Apparently you cant use lacquer based paints in California except for clear coats. Lucky me, my neighbor is a business and is vacant on the weekends, so I think if I stay low, I can do all the bondo work and priming during the week (aerosol cans are allowed in Cali, just nothing that has to be used in a spray gun), and wait for the weekend for spraying the base and clear coats. Damn republic of California

^ yup, lol, it took me forever cuz I left my sander at a mod day, which took 4 days to get back to me, then it rained for a week straight, which meant no painting, but it's finished, ready to ship out tomorrow right after I wet sand it and polish it and PS, your eyelids are lookin nice and white too

Your work looks really good. I am very interested in sending mine to you to be satoshi'd and color-matched. When painting the grill, don't you need to blend the paint to match my old paint? And what exactly do you do to the triangles/nostrils?

1BlkT just referred you to me, and I noticed you already posted on my thread haha. I dont blend the new paint to match the old paint, since I dont really have your truck here with me. The paint I get is oem Toyota paint that comes already activated and reduced for the spray gun. For the triangles, I cut out the old plastic fake mesh and attach mesh cut-outs to the triangle shape to the back.

 

Came in today. Love it! Thanks...
