    Well, after 3 months of 'on and off' effort, I finally finished my grill and the exterior mods of my truck. Only thing left really to do on the outside is to throw on a soft top and a light bar.

    I found that it might have been just as easy to do the fiberglass and bondo route. Cutting and fitting plastic inserts is time consuming and a pain in the ass, although I like the finished product. Q-bond is INCREDIBLE. It is a powder that when combined with the superglue, becomes like concrete...and is sandable.

    Also it is quicker & easier than epoxying those "zip tie mounts" on to the inside of the grill... :cool:
