    Once I get the trimming done and it mocked up, sent to powder coat (mesh) and paint the grill ill chime in on that thread! Should I try to paint the grill myself with that napa color matched paint or just go to a shop?

    If your going to color match the outer surround I would have it done professionally... I think powder coat on The mesh is overkill unless you have a connection... It's aluminum and won't rust.
    But I'm always looking for the least expensive way to mod...:eek:
