does this mesh seem to be of good quality? Heavy, good coating, etc. Interested.

I think it is pretty good so far. I've drove through a mean dust storm and rain and it still seems to be fine. If you have a Lowes by you you can look at it there. Also I think it would be cheaper if you just bought a big sheet there then it would be for you to have me ship it to you. They sell it in the door section. THe stuff is used for making a screen security door. (those metal kinds with a dead bolt) I'd hate for you to pay more then you need to for the mesh. I'm just giving it a way to people local so they don't have to buy a big sheet and to be nice. If your heart is really set on me shipping you a strip i can look into it. I have a feeling it will be more then 18 bucks which is how much the 7ft sheet was.

 

At Lowes is it already come black or did you powdercoat it yourself?

 

its not worth the trouble, but i checked into it and they dont sell it at any of the lowes anywhere near where i live unfortunately.

hey, how do you go about putting tha satoshi on your grille?

 

I bought L Brackets at lowes and glued,epoxy, fiberglassed the hell out of them on the back side of the grill. Then I drilled holes in the mesh and riveted them to the L brackets. I can take a picture tonight.

 

It went really well. But Sedona is a shitty place to drive around in with all of the crazy round abouts and the traffic was bad too. but it was fun. I'm posting the pictures tonight once i get the pictures back from my friend. There were some jeep guys on broken arrow that were really suprised that i got up that play area on the rocks. I aired down to 17psi and then used the locker and got up there really easy. After that we went to slide rock and hung out. then on the way home we went on Schnebly Hill to get to the I17. THat was way easy just bumpy. I didn't take many of my truck down that road because the sun was going down.

 

No these were just people up there. they had these big jeep rigs up there hanging out. But there are a ton of those pink jeeps yesterday. The people in them were taking pictures of my truck up there. So my truck is going to be on someones facebook I bet

 

I didn't really have much of a problem with them. But I was trying to stay out of there way. They did look at me funny when i was finish out at the end of the trail airing my tires back up. by those houses before you turn in. I was suprised how many people were doing them tours because it was still pretty hot up there 101*F.

 

Here is the price tag at Lowes for the mesh if anyone wants to get a sheet. Sorry my iPhone takes shitty pictures.
