    im doing my grill with 13 gauge expanded metal. so i have cut to do the deep dish, so just trying to get ideas of how i should connect it to the grill? any ideas or anyone share what they did?

    probably epoxy some screws.

    got my deep dish sanded down today and primered it. Im going with the color match onthe inner lip, to try something different. Then plasti dippingthe all the crome in the grill. should look pretty good i hope.

    also painted the mesh black, i think i might just bend over some pieces and epoxi it to the plastic.

    another question. where do you guys get the big toyota letters?
