    More than the wife knows!
    So its that time of year...GRILLING TIME! im getting ready to make some homade Italian sausage. My brother and I usually do this once a year after things settle down from deer season so were a little late and entirely out of sausage. We usualy do it in batches of 50 lbs. so we have some for the summer. We are using Boston Butts, natural cassings and a family recipe. I will post some pics when we get done
