SUBBED. I love super projects like this. Man, I wish I had space and funds to do something like this to Deet. I want to get a portable media blaster and go to town on what i can reach of the frame.

Damn brother! These thing is coming along really nicely. I love seeing threads like this one where so much is accomplished in such a short period of time. Are you even doing the painting yourself?

I was wondering what your profession was since you have access to certain things like the blaster and the paint booth. It all makes sense now!

Very nice restoration! I'm at a cross roads on my 97 taco. I just don't have the time like I used to wrench here and there. I've been looking at how much better these trucks are built then compared to now and it's a real shame how Toyota got away from simple easy to fix trucks. I have a 01 dc that takes most of my energy in up keep but again great work on your little tank these trucks are pretty tough considering what people put them through over the years.

Awesome build! Thanks for pointing me in this direction.
Is it difficult to strip it down to the chassis? I'm thinking that's the hardest part I'm gonna have with it..
also, what did you use to paint the body?
    Looks amazing
