So guys here’s my question, the ‘18 has the TSS that uses the new emblem in the ugly grille to radar the front of the truck. So if I want to swap out the grill for another grille, how is that sensor dealt with? Even if I go bro mode and get the Pro grille that has a different sensor under the TOYOTA bar across the middle. So if we want to change out the grille for aftermarket we lose the sensor? If we change out to the Pro grille we have to fork out even more for a new sensor?

    See the delimma?

Just move the Sensor down to the boxed section of the Pro Grille and you are good to go.

Isn’t it a different sensor? The ‘18 Pro grille looks like it has a flat sensor that’s behind the grille, not the emblem version. Anybody look under the hood yet of one of these?

I believe a few guys have already completed the Pro Grille swap, I think they needed to add a small piece of plexiglass as some sort of cover if I remember correctly.

Did you all purchased the 4X4 OR package? I have the TRD OR but selected 4X2 instead. Primarily use my rig as a work truck.

All part of their plan. Why do you think the pro grill costs so much coming from Toyota? Demand is huge

Looks awesome, they just need to get rid of that awful grille.

A few listed in the signature
Went from leather seats in an Acura TSX and BMW X3 to cloth in the Tacoma. I don't regret it one bit. My wife's CRV freezes my ass everytime I get into it in the winter and is hot as hell in the summer.

The new grill grew on me. It's a darker color and looks nice from far away.
