Saw this 3rd gen on SCS F5s, any guesses on lift height and tire size?

    Saw this Tacoma in Houston the other day, looks like my ideal lift/wheels/tires combo. I know they're SCS F5 wheels, but I'm not sure on any of the dimensions for the lift or the tires. They kinda look like skinnies? Also if anyone knows the owner, tag them pls
