For a while I've been trying to trade my off road non scooped hood for a TRD sports hood... but we all know how that goes lol.. so the other day I just bit the bullet and ordered one from Toyota. The retail price for all the parts needed was about 538$ the parts come in Friday

 

So today I was on the phone with my good friend Matt over at ICB and he was telling me he would give me a killer deal on a second set of 16in TEs for my truck. So I took him up on a deal I couldn't pass up. So I ordered a set of army green 16x8 Te37x for the truck. He said there's a set already on transit from Japan and that the wheels should be here in about 4 weeks. So let the waiting games begin lol

 

Should look awesome on quicksand! I'm still itching to pull the trigger on a set of bronze ones from them!

 

You should get a set!! You won't be disappointed! And yeah I think the army green TEs will look good lol. I'm going to rock the bronze ones on one side and the army green ones on the other side haha

 

Been curious what the green TEs would look like on something...Will the bronze set be up for sale? I'm interested!

 

Yeah I've been curious as well.. who knows it might look good. But sorry no the I think the bronze TEs I'll be keeping. But if I do change my mind and decided to sell you'll be the first to know

Haha that would be awesome! Question, Do you choose not to run the volk center caps? I know its an add on option, but haven't seen any te37x's with them on.

 

That's a good question. I had matt try to source me some center caps for the te37x but I don't think they were available

 

Hmm, I wonder if its a fitment issue? I know they list it on Rays, but there really isn't any information. I believe I've seen them on a set of the 18" te37's, Now I dont recall if it was a tundra or tacoma though. Seeing the center bore is weird to me, I "need" to see a center cap haha
