Thanks man! And no it's not a wrap. I had the whole car painted inside and out in this new color. The color is called "Grey/black" it's off the porsche 997 GT3RS

Hey man, I had to steal the wrinkle idea, did you have to take your logos off to do these? Or can you leave em on and do it like you would if you were regularly derping them? Does the over spray just peel off like regular plastidip?

you have to remove the emblems off the truck.. The wrinkle paint is actual paint.. It won't peel off of you get over spray lol it's not not plastidip. When you gonto spray the emblems lay a coat of primer and then let it dry... When you go to spray the wrinkle paint.. Lay the paint on thick and then once your all done laying the paint down. Use a blow-dryer or a heat gun and dry the emblem until you see the wrinkle effect start to show... After that just let the paint dry like you would any other paint. :) let me know if have any other questions

Ah cool, yeah I figured you would have to remove it to not make a mess haha...kinda dumb noob question but what did you use to remove and then reapply the emblems?

Haha it's ok never hurts to ask... And I used fishing line and ran it down the back side of the emblems.. hold the fishing line the same way you would hold floss in your hand when your going to floss your teeth. Then after you paint the emblems just go to the store and get some 3m double sided enhesive tape and cut strips out to fit the emblem then re apply

Ah gotcha, yeah I figured the 3M double sided tape was prob the way to go but I hadn't thought of the fishing line trick very clever. Thanks again man, yours looks really sweet, lookin forward to getting mine done!

Yeah dude, hadn't had a chance to do it yet with kids going back to school and all but hopefully tomorrow. Yeah the black looks sweet on it's own but the wrinkle texture absolutely sells it! Thanks again dude and your rig looks sweet man! Did you do your grill in the wrinkle too or just derp it?

I did wrinkle black on the front grill as well... I though it would hold up better that plastidip against rock chips and bugs and what not. And so far it's still in great condition. No signs of rock damages or bug stains.

Today my gf dragged me around to a garage sale with her... Well I'm glad I went.. I found a Tacoma bed mat for sale for only 45$ I ended up buying it for 35$ lol I didn't know if it would fit in my truck but when I got it home I cleaned it and threw it in the truck and it fit perfectly haha! Guess I'll have to go to garage sales more often lol

So I have a good friend that owns a Toyota dealership and I had her order me. TRD Pro shift knob. Bought it for 95$ out the door and I picked it up today.. Here's some pics... And from personally looking at the shift knob in person the color is more of a orange than a red in my opinion. In the last picture you can see that it blends with the orange stitching on my seats perfectly..
