Hello I haven't posted here in awhile but have looked in from time to time. This is my second set of tires the older Bfg all terrain style. Tire size is 265-75 r16. My truck has a bit of tire rubbing lock to lock but not bad. I bought them 11 years ago and never dreamed I would get 80k miles on them. I rotated them religiously every year. I just do a lot of urban wheeling and have some fun in the Colorado snow from time to time but no rock crawling or trails. It's dry out here and we use mag chloride on the roads when it snows. Still the BFGs prevailed. It looks like I could squeak out another 10k but upon closer inspection they are starting to dry rot around the lugs. Just wondering if anyone else has some tires who have went the distance. I know a lot of people have a luv /hate relationship with BFGs but my next set is going on next Friday. Top pic is front tire bottom is back.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
I got about the same out of a set of 245/75/16 Mastercraft Courser STR. They were good

Michellin LTX AT2's I got 98K out of them on my 1996. Like you I could have squeezed 10K more but winter was coming. That was when I drove a lot of highway miles, but still impressed! Got about 65K out of the next set, lots more high speed mountain driving then. Have the same tire again though they have renamed it (can't recall the name this second), love them, they do great in the snow!!

There's a lot of tread left in those tires, if you bothered with it you could sell them as spares, maybe for ~$25 or so. I drove on a set of GT Radial AT's that were in worse shape than yours for 3 years, but I didn't abuse them either, drove 'em much like you explained your driving. What part in CO you live? I'm in Wheat Ridge and looking for a 265/75/16 spare.

Yeah... long lasting tire, got pretty much the same milage and swapped out for new.BFG are noisey mothers, shitty in the rain good but not great in snow, BUT a long wearing hard compound. COOPER DISCOVERER gave me same milage at a lower cost though.

I've blown through a set of KOs in about 15,000 miles of hard off-road use. While I would never buy them again, the KO2s came on my new truck. Can't tell how long they'll last, but the off-road traction seems a bit better.

Had a set of Firestone Destination A/T's go 75k miles on my wife's SUV.

Wow, that's great you got that kind of miles out of them.
I have the same tires, came with the truck (new)
By the end of summer I will have around 40,000 and was thinking of replacing.
Not sure what I want yet, have 4x4 and any offroading is in sand with some mud.
