It's been about 5 years for me lol. Stock arms and maxed out 5100s, it's never been right. Now it wonders a lot and I get bump steer like crazy.

Yall think that LCA bushings/Alignment bolts and LBJ would be doable on this day? Or if I have to do all that should I just get whole new LCA?

    Cam bolts seized btw

Doable but a little risky if you have a lot of trouble removing the bolts/bushings.

I would definetly bring a torch. :bananadead:

I should be able to make this! If so I have a slide hammer to snatch out that cv axel on the ECGS mod. Hmmm I have two brand new CVs in a box sitting in my garage and my current CVs have been blown out for a year. Maybe a good day to replace them!?!
If I come I can bring some buns or what not if Eric is smoking meat.

Yes sir... With a little practice you can change them 30 minutes a side. Easy peasy.

Would you guys be able to help me install a suspension lift if I made it out? I’d be coming down from Ft. Bragg, NC so almost a four hour drive. I don’t know how long installing everything would be, if it could all be done in the one day. I’ve got preassembled front and rear shocks, an add-a-leaf, rear axle shims, UCA’s, and brake line extension.

Pre-assembled certainly makes it an easier job! Rear shocks are a snap but UCA's, brake lines, and AAL can be a little tricky. If you can get some people to dedicate their time it should be able to be done.

How late do these Mod days typically run? My concern is if I’m not able to complete the project the day of, being stuck 240 miles away from post.

Last yr we went till abour 5-6pm from early in the morning ~8. Your best bet is to get there early and get in and get started. I am more than willing to help and get this done.

If you work it smart you will still be able to drive it home even if everything isn't installed. i.e. get the front installed and if you have to do the AAL or Brake lines another time or at the Hobby Shop(do they still have those on post anymore?) you are not SOL, you'll just look like a douche-bro tail dragging teen

I'll bring my ECGS tool and supplies but if I can't get to it due to others requiring more time, I'm good since I'm happy to help and learn how to do it when I get back home. Bottom line is getting the experience of the shocks and the bearing.

I’ve been trying to contact the Hobby Shop on post through their email and phone number without any luck. I’m in the middle of a school and haven’t been able to stop by and enquire about bay rentals.

The aal shouldn't be that bad.
    Couple C clamps.

Do you have the longer centering pin and longer u bolts?
