    I normally run about 185-190 but have seen all the way up to 215 in the desert of Arizona (120+ degrees) and I am supercharged so when on the boost I tend to produce a bit more heat in the engine but nothing that would cause it to boil or not come down once I started getting going again.     Radiators can be manufactured poorly, have closed tubes or obstructions, etc.
