I am amazed how expensive the ScanGauge is. You can get 2 UltraGauges for the cost of 1 ScanGauge.

Also, ScanGauge looks like a throwback to the 1980's, whereas the UltraGauge is so modern looking.

I remember getting a calculator (my first) in the 70's from my Dad, who worked in an electronic factory in the San Jose area, that had a display and buttons just like the ScanGauge. Takes me back...

Scan Gauge will work with every vehicle and you can program in specific gauges that the vehicle supports

you have to buy a UG compatible for your vehicle if you want specific gauges.

I'd rather have the universal compatibility than the flash and cool, besides, the SG fits just above the rearview, out of the way.

besides, I drive a Toyota, what more of a statement needs to be made ?

You do. Need quality analog gauges for that. The Scan Gauge etc isn't fast enuff for a SC. If you plan to modify etc.....

Alright, I was planning on getting one anyway. So since I have the SC and plan on doing a few future mods would you recommend getting EM plus?

Actually, it looks like all of the people who did that group buy got it for the same price that I can get it online for. What's the point of doing a group by if you don't save any money?

And the group buy has it for $64.95 without needing a rebate, a savings of $11.
