    Should.

Edit: After checking the scangauge website linked on the first page and downloading the User Manual (24 seconds) it connects directly into your ODB2 port, under your steering wheel...it fits with the supplied wiring harness.

I have mine resting inside the compartment where the parking brake would be for the manual transmissions. you can run the cable from the OBDII port along the bottom parts of the dash trim and up into the compartment (and it's all hidden and doesn't get in the way of your pedals/feet). You just gotta pull out the tray and pull the wire through. When youre putting the tray back make sure the wire ins't getting pinched.

The picture I took was for a friend, he didn't know our trucks were "cold air" intakes from stock :D

After looking at their website and doing some reading I have a question:

Does the scangauge allow you to see your true MPG? Does the Torque app?

Just wondering as I know on Tundra's (Rock Warriors anyhow) they generally have all the wiring for the MPG thing under the dash, all you need to do is buy the display and hook it up. I haven't seen one on a Tacoma though.

Torque App has Real time on the fly MPG's and Total Avg Mpg's.. It's pretty accurate when I do the math for gas mileage vs. my Torque app's readings.

I was thinking about going the Torque route...would I be able to use it in other vehicles with the bluetooth ODB2 sender? Or when you buy it is it kinda vehicle specific?

Yup, the software has profiles on it.. So I have the bluetooth adapter in each car (you can move it from car to car) and then just pick the profile and it has all my settings in it. I use it on my wife's civic, my integra, my tacoma, and my buddy's chevy truck all the time. Has some other nice features like Pitch and Roll meters which do work very well.

It may not be as accurate as a Scan Gauge, I really don't know but would like to test if anyone has a scan gauge setup in Az. We ran tests vs. my machanic's reader but we can't drive with his reader attached. So we were looking at Air/Fuel mix, RPM's, Gas currently being dumped, etc. Most of the time the Torque app wasn't off and if it was it wasn't much. For example, his read out said my Water temp was 186, mine read 188.
But 25$ out the door and works good.

I bought the ELM327 blutooth adapter off Amazon $20.00, and downloaded the android android app Torque $5.00. It does everything the scanguage and ultragauge do, and it also has Mode $06 support..................

Is this possible with an Iphone?

I don't know if Torque is for Iphone but I'm sure they have something. Search in the market OBDII scan
