I am interested in a OBD2 scanner interface that would connect to my laptop. Or would the cheap handheld or the Scanguage Ultraguage be just as good? Any recommendations? I have the '99 Toyota Tacoma 4wd TRD SR5.

    search eBay for USB OBD2.

It all comes down to the software, my personal preference is DashCommand.
