I can see that, at popular close by camping spots. Yet I cannot for the life of me imagine that all that blm land is fire restricted. Which was my freedom land.

Yes it is, but with a 5 to 6 hour trip on a Friday just to get to it is the real hassle for me. It's also hard to carry enough wood for 2 or 3 days of fire and cooking... I like a good fire! Not just a couple logs, but pile of them.

Jeez where do you camp? I honestly think every single state I’ve camped in has had fire restrictions at some point. California, Nevada, Colorado, Washington, Arizona, Oregon, Utah, hell even Texas.

That’s sarcasm right? Of course BLM can have fire restrictions.

Idaho definitely does when it gets super dry. There are several spots around here on BLM that fire is not allowed at all. Usually in the desert areas where there is alot of dry sagebrush.

Maybe, but I don’t recall ever experiencing fire restrictions.

    The last part was sarcasm.

Prolly wouldn't hurt to pull in that car wash on the left and hose it down.
