    Just found a thread where someone fit a 10.5" Tundra rear diff in a LT 2nd Gen. I'm gonna have to look at this more closely.

    Had to have a little more than that done, but he used the Tundra disks. I'm hoping the flange is the same so I can put my drums on. I really dont wanna screw with a brake conversion

    Yeah, depending on axle width I may have to have the tubes cut, axles shafts made and flanges welded back on. If so keeping the drums isn't a big deal. Problem with keeping the disks is that I'd need to go to 17" wheels which would negate my cheap 37s on 16.5s

    Having the stock axles redrilled for 6 lug probably isn't a big deal either. It all depends on the axle width which I haven't found yet.

    That would be a sick set up if you did it. If you can't switch the flanges I think you can move to the trail gear brake kit and stay with your 16.5. The 16.5 might be fine on the bigger brake too
