    Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
    wired the 3rd shell brake, installed the new coax for the cb to the tailgate mount, installing supertones, and greasing zerks...dunno what else is on the ticket yet. productive day.

    Hey Kevin....u going to paint that rack white? That's my plan.....it'll stand out more against the black bed & tinted window....more eye catching!

    Eddy....make a stencil with the SOS Concepts....it'll look good in black against a white rack. You're gonna have to quit your day job when people see this rack all painted & mounted with a 35" tire on top!

    Yeah I'm painting it white. Eddy, I'm thinking we can cut off my sliders near the brackets, and take a larger piece of tube steel and weld it to the current brackets on the frame. Then insert the sliders into the thicker tube steel and weld it all up to get them to come out further. What you think?

    It would be easier to cut them off and add the longer legs. But my legs arent longer its the tube that sticks out more. Thats whats wrong with others sliders they make the legs really long and :confused: about why they flex
