They (the dealershp) reset it for free, said it's my ultragague interfering with communication to the ecm

The ultragauge should have nothing to do with it. It's just a scanner that reads data

1st gen input.. but when my ultra gauge is plugged in my ABS light blinks. Have to turn the key, let the ABS light come on then turn off then I can start the truck. If I hop in and start the truck the light will blink the whole time.

Should be able to go to anyone/repair shop that has a snap-on scanner and reset everything I have to do it on some vehicles after I align them

The only thing I don't like about 1st gens is it's harder to fit big ass tires. Yall would be fenderless if you ran caps setup lol

No point having 37s if you don't wheel. Plus for the places we go around here.. 33s or 35s are as big as you need. If you have the proper skids.. armor in general.. and some sense behind the wheel.. and can pick your lines. Bash the hell out of the skids.. thats what they are there for. Once I get regeared and locked this fall, I may not even step up to 35s.

:woot: I wouldn't really want a second gen, so much plastic, a lot bigger, electric shifting tcase, and sas is way expensive!

For this group I couldn't agree more! People have ran 37s on ifs. Slodghetto and the tank (skaterjess). Personally I'll probably sas on 37s and be done. But I'm also wanting to wheel harder stuff.

Hey now lol :p I want to go to wind rock and not be limited. There's also a park in Chattanooga I want to go to, plus the fact I have the price of sas down to a reasonable price. Now just have to get my work to start letting me work more

Be different if we were out on the Rubicon every other weekend but we are not.. there is a select group between us who go on monthly trips and some who come when they can and others who don't even come at all. Not pointing fingers.. being straight up. Once I get locked I'm sure my perspective of 35s will change. This is all just my opinion. To each their own.
