    My wifes 4runner gets 21mpg with no effort. I can get about 19 if I shift below 2k and keep my foot off the skinny pedal. I usually get around 16 though.

    I got 21 stock.. so I think w/ MT tires and all the weight I have added.. i'm doin pretty good.. since this is my daily driver I want best mpg I can get but on the weekends still take it out and play..a few more changes to the truck and I should be right back where I was without compromising anything on my truck..

    ^One tank doesn't really give you an idea either. You need a couple to get an average. Jeff cheats though, I think he has an ultra gauge.

    Mine fluctuates a lot because of the lower gearing in the manual. 2k rpm is around 65 mph. since I run over 70 on the highway it gets real bad the more highway miles I drive. If I'm keeping it below 65 I get decent mileage.


    I dont really care about how many I'm getting. I just watch it to know the condition of my truck. although how much mine changes makes that hard too.
