I used to spend a lot of time on arfcom. You can get decent answers in the technical forums, although GD was an utter shit show. Can't say how it is any more though. I've found m4carbine.net to be a lot more grown up.

Neptune is a nice pattern. If you'd want to send it off for a Kryptek ceracoat, MCM firearms have the official stencils. I know of at least one Ceracoat business (can't remember if it was BDL or WeaponWorx) that got a C&D letter from Kryptek for doing the pattern.
