You ever go to the rifle range up in that area? ive only heard of it and it sounds pretty sketchy.

 

Yeah there's a lot of idiots over there but when I don't hear anyone shooting I'll run up there and do a little shooting

 

I don't normally hunt with others. Its my quiet/ alone time haha. but the range is different. I don't mind doing group things at the range

 

It's not gonna be free much longer. It's about to be renovated

 

Yea... that's what I was afraid of. I usually do all my shooting back up in the rock hill area on family land. that way I know im the only idiot with a gun

I could always spend time at the range. I'm up in Myrtle and know of the outside range in Georgetown

 

It's basically a dump with shooting benches. Everyone leaves their targets out there and people drag out tvs and dish washers and shit

there are some assholes that frequent that range too. we were doing a concealed weapons class out there WITH the sheriff and the guys at the other end still called the cops on us for not having the right permits or some crap like that. the cops show up and are like ummm the sheriffs teaching the class....

 

yea that's one of them. rock hill has grown a ton since I left. its now just a suburb of Charlotte

 

I take my CWP in a month super stoked... But that's fucked up. They should've been fined lol

 

I don't think they had one. Only saw the Sport and a few SR5's. I didn't get out in the rain and look at those. The XP I saw yesterday was over 32k.

I knew you were shoping. I was in there today for an oil change and frame inspection. I can't believe I browsed through the showroom and didn't get pounced.

 

Its a pretty fun class. I recommend that everyone take it whether they want a CWP or not. it just has a ton of info that's great to know. I still haven't sent in for mine yet haha. im a slacker at heart.

I turn 21 at the end of October and my parents asked where I wanted to go out to drink and party and I told them all I want is for them to pay for my CWP stuff so I can carry lol

 

haha nice. I just rarely go anywhere where the license would carry merit. all the land I hunt is private, and where I work is a govt building so I cant take it in there, and they highly frown upon taking them to bars haha. basically the only 3 places I go.

 

Yea they know me by name.. thats where I bought my 2015.. they normally don't bother you. You almost have to go up to them.. its kind of odd
