    My yard /side of the street is higher than across the street. Don't know where all that water will go. Thankfully the drainage ditch in the back of the subdivision is/was empty, so that should help a little, but.... can only pray the weather doesn't turn out as bad as predicted. Pity the Charleston and other coast folks. They're already under water

    Meh, as long as i dont have to go downtown, i think we'll be ok. we are going to have some wicked flooding though. im curious to see how bad it actually gets. the inland folks are supposed to get way more rain than we are though. i think 13" is our forecast.

    yep. im just now hearing thunder as well. should be a fun night all around. im staying at the lady friends house who lives pretty close to the creek... hoping that doesn't start to get overwhelmed.
