Well I'm back home. It was great getting to sleep in my own bed. Now, I hope the pain will go away soon. My truck misses me. I can't even get in it right now.

    Oh, how I wish! GLWS!

oh yea, theyre delicious! as long as you dont stab yourself with the spines and get the venom in you while catching them, theres no poisonous meats, or anyhting like that. we used to just clip the spines off before doing much with them, now we just know where to be careful and not touch. also, the venom wont kill you itll just hurt like no tomorrow! someone attributed it to being shot (not that he had ever been shot but you get the point)

we were off the outer backs this week and got our asses handed to us by big ass sting ray catches. the bags had multiple 70kg+ rays in each (we drag 2 nets at a time). youve never gotten your ass kicked until you have to wrestle a pissed off stingray, and three of his pissed off buddies that really dont want to be on deck.

when the water temp drops to kill off that nasty ass bacteria that grows in them in the warm months. other than that, couldnt tell ya. plus with all this increased fresh water input from the storm inland, who knows what the oysters are harboring in them right now.
