The wife making me install upgrades is what's expensive. :annoyed:Wood floors 2 years ago, tile in the kitchen last year and this year she's talking about new cabinets & French doors.

Grass in Jackson seemed kind of rare last summer.....the yards are too sandy & little rain.

Go see the Battery (southern tip of Charleston). And all the older, cool stuff is just North of the Battery....buildings, shopping, places to eat, etc. Patriots Point is fun to visit if you like Navy stuff....subs, ships, etc.

G36 for my daily. Upgraded from a G30 which I purchased from an off duty way back in "98"? They had just came out and the police dept were buying them all up.
It was at a pawn shop and I asked if they had any. He said "no" but would show me his.
I offered him a price he couldn't resist and I got prob got one of the first civi owned g30's. Damn wished I kept it.
Pop's would always ask " Why did you buy a pistol made from a recycled milk jug"? Bless his heart.

    :D LOL! My dad is still a revolver guy...poor fella. G36 is nice....subcompact 45cal with 6+1 capacity.

    I carry this... http://www.smith-wesson.com/webapp/...57781_757781_757781_ProductDisplayErrorView_Y

I figured more capacity is better....under stress, people don't sight as well on the target & need the extra rounds.

Totally agree. I have the pierce +1 on my carry.
If I can't hit my target with 8 rnds.....I probably shouldn't be carrying.

I sold Lurry my fav carry gun ever. Springfield operator 1911. Kick myself in the ass everyday.

Ha ha.....the 1911 will be my next addition, I love 'em. Not really the best for carry options though.....kinda bulky.

Yeah the c is perfect for me. I've got small hands and honestly holding the full size .40 just didn't feel weighted right in my hands. And the interchangeable backstrap's are an awesome touch aswell.

Yup, changed mine out for the smaller backstrap too. Been a great concealed carry for me too. Hides fairly well to be a full size.
