    Looks like some 4340 chromoly long fields or some nitro axle shafts are in my very near future.

    The only thing I can even think of is a blowout I had on that side a couple yrs ago. I couldn't immediately get off the road to a safe area and had to drive on it for 1/4 mile or so.

    Glad you were able to get it diagnosed..the diagnosis sounds serious.. Probably cause not sure what or where that is... In future I'll be the guy driving behind everyone's rig making sure its all good...

    I've done this trip probably fifty times, if not more. 400 miles, six hours, no traffic, two stops: one for gas/snack, one for pee break. Might just take old highways all the way down if it starts looking bad.
