    Always ride with someone, getting stuck while you are alone is no fun. The worst part is most of these places you will have no signal and cannot call someone to save you.

    @clickws Was on Horse Pasture rd. about a month ago- may be closed till March or so. Check South Carolina Dept of Natural Resources Website for Lake Jocassee State Rec area for more info.

    Thanks for the info. I am not set up for the intense yet but fire roads, dry trails, shallow creeks, etc. I am game for. Something scenic is always nice too. Keep the suggestions coming! Much appreciated.

    I'm planning a run to Charlie's creek... It's easy can do in 2wd.. But I would extend your breather on your rear diff if haven't .. Depends on the river it can reach to top of tires
