my dad wants a house in asheville bad lol. he's got one in atlanta on the chatahooche river thats an awesome place to fly fishing. one day ill probably end up moving back up to NC or if i hear something from App state next year

I used to live on the Chatahooche river before I moved to SC. And like I'm planning on moving to either western nc/Tennessee or Charlotte after college

I'm going to Florida State. Hella far from NC

 

not much fly fishing there either lol. I was hitting the pond in my moms back yard and catching some panfish because the fly fishing is shit here too

So the wife and I were talking and we are trying to figure out where we want to live in Charleston. I thought that you guys could help out here. At my place now, we can leave the doors unlocked in our cars. All the neighbors are friends and the kids run around the area like maniacs with no worry's of stepping on dirty needles or getting kidnapped by the local ice cream man. It is not a upscale place to live or anything, it is just a good area to be in... not much crime. What places in Charleston would be in this category? I plan on writing these places down so when we come down to look at houses we will hopefully have a jump on the area before we look.

If it was just me I would pick a nice little double wide trailer close to a canal and get me a boat. She is trying to stay kinda close to Folly Beach because that is where her parents are looking to buy. She has been looking at a few places in James Island and loves the look of the area. We are just blindly looking at areas because we don't know these areas. And the realtor will tell you anything you want to hear about neighborhoods to get a sale.
