    I'm a flatfooted asthmatic and I was consistently in the 14-14:30 range. Stretch out those legs and take up some ground with each stride. You should be sub14 minutes with no problems.
    Good luck on the test and when its over remember to keep training. 1/4 mile tracks suck but you should still be passing without issue.

    Cam can do it, from him working out with me I've seen he's capable but he doesn't much like that dark place that you gotta go to to push yourself sometimes. I'm 255# and could do 14. Cam it's cause you messing with too many blonde white girls instead of coming to workout. Lol

    When my lift arrived I had to wait 5 weeks for a weekend off to do it. I was going bat shit crazy. And then we didn't finish it that weekend. :facepalm:So I can relate Scott. Good luck on the install.

    Cam remember its not in how fast you pick them up and put them down, it's how much ground you take with each stride. Work sprints into your training to work on that. And get real comfy in that dark place. It'll help you a lot in the military.

    Shit Cam, when I played college Lacrosse, I had to run 2 miles under 12.5 minutes. That was a pain in the ass my friend.

    Now I'm fat........and somewhat lazy...........
