No. Havn't done much research.
However the tidbit of info I got was that it's pretty low key. I'm assuming because of the political aspect of it. It's located near the cliffs and vinyard up that way. Very ritzy as you probably know.
Not even sure what days and hours there open.

If you just want it to function hook pin 4 to a grounding point, there is a 10mm bolt near the drivers kick panel that is visible when the lower dash cover is removed. That's what I used for ground.

Pin 3 goes to the 85 pin on the relay.

I'm not afraid to do it myself just was easy with time management.. however.. I used Penzoil full-synthetic high mileage.. just wondered since this incident what the "local" guys use?
