    They're saying it was a complication with the heartworm treatment. He's on a lot of meds at the moment but his blood cell and platelet counts are climbing. They said if everything is normal in 2 weeks they can do the second/final round of heartworm treatment. I'm not so sure that's a good idea.

    The x-rays and ultrasound came back clear. So no tumors or cancer. That's good as well. Knucklehead is in my spot on the bed as we speak, keeping it warm for Dad I suppose. Glad he's home.
