    We've fostered dogs through the Dorchester SPCA. They're good folks and a no kill shelter. He would get adopted in no time. Just tell them you found him in Dorchester County. I think its $75 to surrender an animal but he would go to a good home. They interview adopters and do home inspections. Charleston Animal Society does NOT do either. That's why we stopped fostering with them.
