Wasn't he pointing at someone else? I think he swerved around the car he was pointing at and it turned Into an oh shit moment when he went around that car.

Depends on the circumstances. If they jump in front of you on the highway its not your fault. It's not even legal to be a pedestrian on some parts of the highway for that reason.

Hey buddy I didn't feel that way at all. I was just wanting to make sure that I wasn't coming off as telling people they cant go.

Honestly I am still going to run the trail. I don't think there is a big risk there, mainly because my experience with every day rangers in the forest not knowing shit about the laws and regulations haha.

But honestly I think its likely one of those things that should be one way but just isn't because there isn't enough man power to back it up and the locals would pitch a fucking riot.
