oh yea i spent alot of hrs on pirate4x4 and other forums just on the samurai. the some what stock samurai was the most fun rig i ever owned, next to the turbo Subaru wagon and countless FWD hondas ive flogged. Dont get me wrong, each vehicles had its pros and cons, but the samurai had more Pros out of anything ive owned or driven. Grew up flogging anything that had a combustion engine, other then motorcycles. Organ donors as mom calls them entering her ER. so never rode cycles unless its human powered. Wish i could get back into working on turbine aircraft, but no experience and too old and over weight for military puts me on bottom of every list for aviation employment. arg getting into life crap again... arg oop looks to about time for bed arg messed up sleep hrs.

Looks like fun. would be easy to get around chas for small stuff and park down town if needed. street parking a truck sucks imo and parking in the garage by kinda close to the law school( i think it’s by the law school or off meeting st or that area at least) that not always convenient. Imho i’d get a WR250 instead just for around town.

i was looking at turning a honda 50 into a pit bike but to convert is pricy as fuck.

Edit: i defiantly need to get back down that way next year. i went to Daytona instead this year and that was fun seeing a new place but i like Charleston a lot.

Damn that's way to much for a 5k lol but good time for a freshman! I ended up running 15:59.93 my senior year with no competition.

It's weird cause at 47 I was actually thinking about running again. I spoke with a guy via email who is a runner at 50, broke his hip in the exact same spot I did. They pinned his hip in 4 places (mine in 3) and his ball actually got nourished and he's back to running. Avascular necrosis set in mine, bone died hence the replacement.
I used to run and run and run when I was younger. I was running down the stairs when I broke my hip in fact.

My dad still runs as often as possible and he's 57. Actually he doesn't run as much as he hobbles at a faster speed after his back surgery
