Scenic trail areas near northern NJ?

    Sounds like you know these areas a lot better than I do, but I do know the Roscoe Diner (I think most people within 100 miles or who hunt or fish do).

    My plan is to find one of the DEC areas where primitive camping is allowed for a nice overnight scenic ride, fishing, camping trip. Nothing too crazy- just right for us "stock" people.

    Thinking about going for a trail ride tomorrow. Anyone up for it?

    Sounds like Stag Hill / Mahwah is a “no-go”. I know some places up Route 17 in NY which aren’t too far away. Less than an hour from the Cuomo Bridge.
