    Hey thats a great old can, happy that you refurbished it to keep it going right. New stuff seems to suck relative to most old stuff. Thx for spending the time to give this info. and the links. I sort of wonder the dimensions of these metal cans. It seems the metal carrier(s) 4X Inn. offers is very specific to the spec's of these cans. The Scepter gas and water cans are slightly diff. sizes from oneanother, and the NATO ones another size.
    Thx for the info. on your process of making your can right, how's it holding up?
