Was just curious if anyone has tried running the Schaeffer's 9000 in thier V6 Tacoma. I have been using the product now for nearly 13 months (had run Mobil 1 Syn prior) & have noticed on avg 2-3+ mi/gal.
Curious if anyone else has tried their oil or any of thier other products.

I ran it in my truck for about 4 years. Never had any issues. A lot of the farmers in my area run it in their tractors and other equipment. It's just so damn expensive

Pro Gear in SD recommends it for diffs.

that being said, shit looks expensive for motor oil.

It has a good reputation over at bobistheoilguy so a bunch of oil nerds haven't dismissed it.

But it's in that same area as Amsoil. Yes it's good stuff but most people are just fine with Mobil/Shell/Valvoline/Castrol.
