Hey all im a senior in high school and have to do this dumb project where I make a survey about gun control and post it somewhere on the internet. It's 7 questions and yes, I know it's ridiculous, but if you all could take it within the next week I would be very grateful. Here is the link.

People kill people not guns. Criminals don’t give a shit about magazine capacity or other laws when they are breaking the law by committing these acts.

None of these “laws” proposed by these do nothing politicians are going to stop shootings, criminals don’t follow the law, the only people affected by them are law abiding citizens.

I did complete the survey. Feel bad for people who believe in 2A rights in Cali.

Took your survey! As someone who lives in CA with guns it's a nightmare, especially for my AR15 (aka the fully semi automatic assault boom boom stick). As @hyper15125 mentoment tho, people kill people and criminals will not abide by the rules and regulations that law abiding citizens follow.

none yet, that's why I'm here!
I just submitted but like the others said it's pretty crazy that schools can push any agenda, one way or another. Hope this helps!

I'm always glad to give my opinion on gun control. Every opinionated paper I did in high school was on gun control, and now that I'm in college I'm doing the same thing. 9/10 times you can convince those willing to listen. Best of luck from an angry Commiefornian.

That's what I've noticed. After speeches I've given, I'm always the one that gets the most questions and comments. A mix of uneducated people that have nothing to say but "oh" after they pull nonexistant stats or their heartwrenching stories from whatever the most recent shooting was. I've even had to shut down teachers that dont like what I'm saying because as you said, they haven't bothered to research past the news. Most of the people you'll be educating have strong opinions, but couldn't tell you the what pistol grips, foregrips, collapseable stocks, flashhiders are, or even what semi automatic means.Education is half the battle, but people will always have their opinions.

Yeah I know gun control is way too far here in California. I have family in Montana and I wish things in Cali were more like Montana

    Took the survey for you,

I still have friends in CA that have hidden weapons and parts like magazines just in case.

California is almost as bad as NY in violations of the Constitution, Bill of Rights, and judicial procedure.

Glad I got out of that place.

    Good luck.

The survey used the term "automatic weapons" don't know if that meant fully automatic (machine guns) or semi-automatic (typical AR)?

Took the survey. As mentioned above I dont believe in screwing over the general population because of psychopaths and criminals who dont abide by the law anyways.

Being military and actually using semi and fully automatic weapons on a normal basis, I will say that there is no reason for the average joe to own one.

Took your survey. Let us know how it goes at school. Hard to educate without bringing up these topics, but at the very least they should remain neutral when they do...

Simple survey with broad questions is about what I expected for a high school project. I don't understand how some people are going full retard over this

Is there a section where we can write our own comments in the survey ? kind of a place to speak our mind :D

if not, it should always be part of any survey

tried to take it, would not load, likely the super duper firewall anti spam security crap on the machines here at work.......

I hate surveys, but gladly did it to help out a school project. Nice job. Oh and I wouldn’t live in California with or with out guns.
